1. You must wear a safety helmet and chinstrap when entering the construction site.

2. It is strictly forbidden to work after drinking. Violators should be responsible for themselves.

3. It is strictly forbidden to wear slippers and bare feet into the construction site.

4. Wear labor protection equipment. Welders should wear insulating shoes when working in wet places, and do not work in wet clothes.

5. It is forbidden to weld or cut on flammable and weldable objects and inside and outside containers with flammable and explosive materials.

If welding is required, all residues inside and outside the container should be cleaned, and checked and tested by relevant safety personnel before approval.

Work can be carried out, and the welding work should be kept away from flammable and explosive objects 10 meters away.

6. It is forbidden to carry out welding or cutting work in an environment with high concentration of combustible dust.

7. When welding, first check whether the surrounding environment allows welding, fasten safety belts for high-altitude operations, secure working points, and

place welding rods and tools to prevent them from falling and hurting people. Pay attention to the safety of pedestrians, etc. When it is raining, it is not allowed to work in the open air or at heights.

8. When welding a sealed container, it should be opened for exhaust ventilation. When people enter the container to work, ventilation facilities should be strengthened.

At least 2 people should work together, one person to operate and one person to monitor and protect.

9. When welding in places where there are toxic substances, the residues should be removed, and the ventilation should be strengthened after the test is passed.

Workers should wear gas masks, and the workplace should be protected by special personnel, and reliable safety measures should be taken.

10. The input and output wires of the electric welding machine should be firmly connected, there should be a reliable ground wire, the insulation device of the welding tongs should be complete and good,

and the working temperature of the electric welding machine should not exceed 60℃~70℃.

11. Welders must pay careful attention to fire prevention, and do not lose the remaining parts of the welding rod. Before going off work, cut off the power of the special welding machine, wind the welding wire,

cover the welding machine in the open air, and check the workplace in detail before going off work after the fire is completely extinguished.

12. The electric welding machine should be maintained frequently, and it is not allowed to be placed in a humid place, and the workplace should be kept clean and tidy.

13. Before the wind welding work, the acetylene bottle, oxygen bottle, rubber hose, wind lamp, pressure reducing valve, etc. should be checked comprehensively and carefully, and it must be safe and reliable.

14. Acetylene cylinders, oxygen cylinders and rubber hoses are strictly prohibited from contacting with oil, grease and open flame.

15. The air welding device and accessories should be opened, placed and installed lightly to avoid impact. The acetylene bottle should be placed upright and not allowed to be placed horizontally.

16. When the welding tip finds that the flame is flowing backward, all valves should be closed in time. When the hose is found to be burning, the gas path of the combustion section should be cut off in time, and

the valves of the oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder should be closed. Metal particles or iron oxide block the welding tip , the acetylene gas valve must be closed immediately to prevent backfire.

17. Oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the sun. Do not use up the gas in the cylinders, but have a certain amount of gas left. The electric welding machine,

oxygen cylinders, and acetylene cylinders should be opened separately, and the distance should be no less than 5 meters.

18. After the work is completed, all valves should be closed, the hoses should be sorted out, and the site should be cleaned up so that there is no fire left on the site before leaving.
